BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA Submitted by: Amy Beggs **Ingredients** Crust – 2 Cups All Purpose Flour 1 package Fast Acting Yeast 2 Tablespoons Oil Approximately 1 Cup Hot Water Toppings – 1 ½ Cups of your favorite BBQ Sauce 1 ½ to 2 Cups Cooked Chicken, sliced/cut up 1 medium Vidalia Onion, sliced 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese **Directions** In medium sized mixing bowl, combine flour and yeast and mix thoroughly. Add oil, and slowly add hot water, stirring mixture, until tacky. Combine ingredients well. With lightly floured hands, knead dough into a ball and place in a bowl. Cover the bowl with damp towel and place in warm area for dough to rise, approximately 20 – 30 minutes. When dough has risen, roll out onto pizza stone/pizza pan, etc. Form a crust around the edges of the dough. Spread BBQ sauce all over the dough; arrange chicken slices and onion slices on top of sauce. Spread cheese on top. Bake in a 400 degree, pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust and cheese begin to turn golden brown. Enjoy! Yields: 1 pizza approximately 16” round, thin crust
