SPICY BEEF POT ROAST – Crock Pot Meal Submitted by: Sheridan Lodico **Ingredients** 1 Pot Roast (any size) Mild Giardiniera Hot Giardiniera **Directions** Place Pot Roast into Crock Pot on low setting.  Cover in equal parts mild and hot giardiniera (I usually use about 8 oz each and have a roast large enough to serve 4-6 people.) Cook for 5-8 hours depending on the size of the roast and how hot your crock pot gets.  Your roast will be done when it is fork tender and shreds easily.  I don’t think you can over cook it.  Serve with Garlic Toast or Cheesy Garlic Toast Enjoy! Notes: Giardiniera is a condiment mix of peppers, olives, celery and seasonings in vegetable oil.  It is an Italian product and can usually be found in the ethnic food aisle with spaghetti sauce, etc.
